Important security fix for WB News. It is highly recommended for users using 2.x to upgrade immediately to v2.1.4. There is no v2.1.3 as this version was broken.
WB News v2.1.1 Released

WB News v.2.1.1 is a bug fix release to v2.1.0 released earlier this month. It is recommended that all users upgrade as soon as possible as some functionality is broken which this bug fix should fix up. You can view the ChangeLog to see what was actually fixed.

WB News is happy to annouce the release of WB News v2.1.0 it includes a lot of fixes and upgrades which you can view the ChangeLog. You can download either the New Installation or Upgrade in the Downloads section.
Please note there has been a configuration change "Turn News System Off" will now need to be set to Yes to show news. The label will be updated in a later release.
Do you have PHP5?

The new upcoming release of WB News v2.1.0 will be the first version to support PHP5 solely. There is still some PHP4 code lying around which will work in PHP5, however all new functionality will require PHP5. Unfortunately not everyone has PHP5 on their webhost and this post is to find out who still doesn't you can reply to this thread in the forum or make a comment.
The point to this is to firstly find out who uses WB News with PHP4 and from there workout if WB News 2.1.x should continue to have support for PHP4.
You do not have much time in which to act as I'll be closing this discussion on the 2nd January 2009 (this Friday) due to development freeze to start testing.

A minor bug fix to v2.0.2 has been released. It fixes 2 minor issues regarding WB News administration area. It is recommended for those affected to upgrade. You can view the changelog here
